1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including standard and express services. Estimated delivery times vary based on location:

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Maison Prince is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees & Duties
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Orders over $250 (USD) may qualify for free standard shipping in select regions.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Maison Prince is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier marks them as delivered.
If your package arrives damaged, report it to us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier, but replacements/refunds are subject to courier policies.
6. Address Changes & Order Modifications
Changes to shipping addresses must be requested within 12 hours of order placement.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping details.
7. Restricted Shipping Areas
We do not ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Due to regulations, we may be unable to ship certain fragrances to select countries. If your order is affected, we will notify you.
