Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.

  • Maison Prince is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees & Duties

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Orders over $250 (USD) may qualify for free standard shipping in select regions.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Maison Prince is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier marks them as delivered.

  • If your package arrives damaged, report it to us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier, but replacements/refunds are subject to courier policies.

6. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Changes to shipping addresses must be requested within 12 hours of order placement.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping details.

7. Restricted Shipping Areas

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

  • Due to regulations, we may be unable to ship certain fragrances to select countries. If your order is affected, we will notify you.
